Marwari Yuva Manch Bangalore Stars Branch organized an important Personality Development Training Workshop for its members, taking a significant step toward individual growth and self-improvement.
The workshop was conducted by the branch’s Founding Member, Mr. Umesh Sharda, who served as the mentor coach. He delivered an extremely inspiring and impactful session, preparing nearly 40 young members not only ahead of time for 2026, but also equipping them with a positive mindset, clarity of thought, and renewed energy.
The session focused on helping members Reflect, Refocus, and Reset, enabling them to engage in self-introspection, regain direction, and move toward new beginnings. It encouraged participants to move forward with confidence and purposeful preparation for the coming year.
Heartfelt gratitude was also extended to Executive Member Mr. Mayank Didwania for his excellent role as the session convener and for successfully coordinating the workshop.
