Marwari Yuva Manch (M.Yu.M), Bangalore Stars branch, successfully organized its 19th Blood Donation Camp at A.M.C. Engineering College, Bannerghatta Road, in collaboration with Narayana Hrudayalaya. The five-hour-long camp collected a total of 140 units of blood, making a significant contribution to humanity.
With this camp, the branch’s 13th Executive Committee has now collected a total of 1,032 units of blood, setting a historic milestone in its 13-year journey.
The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from youth, teachers, and support staff. About 50 donors donated blood for the first time, while over 80 willing participants, though unable to donate, actively engaged and supported the initiative.
Dr. Yuvaraju, Principal of the college, and Mr. Umashankar, Chief Administrator, expressed gratitude to the Bangalore Stars branch of the Manch, noting that the branch has been consistently organizing blood donation camps for many years and is a remarkable example of selfless social service.
