Respected M.Y.M. Bangalore Stars, as part of their humanitarian service initiatives, carried forward the blood donation drive “Aasha Ki Boond” (A Drop of Hope) by organizing a blood donation camp on the auspicious occasion of Vijayadashami in the Electronic City area of Bangalore city.
During the 3-hour camp, 15 units of blood were collected. With this, the total number of blood units collected by the branch across 20 camps in the current financial year has reached 1,047 units.
Under the “Go-Green Project,” first-time blood donors and the Narayana Hrudayalaya team were presented with a plant as a gesture to promote environmental awareness.
Heartfelt thanks were extended to Camp Managers — M.Y.M. member Roshan Sultania, social worker Ashish Verma, and branch executive member Mayank Didwania — for organizing the event.
Coordinator Saurabh Rungta also expressed gratitude to the Narayana Hrudayalaya team, whose support made the event successful.
