Marwari Yuva Manch Bangalore Stars Branch organized the grand Deepawali Sneh Milan 2025 celebration with great enthusiasm and magnificence.
The program commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Akhil Bhartiya Marwari Yuva Manch National President Suresh M. Jain, National Vice President (Zone 5) Saket Ritolia, National Finance Convener Nitesh Tibdewal, Karnataka Provincial President Mohit Sharma, Branch President Ashish Fitkariwala, Branch Secretary Ajay Agarwal, Founding President of Stars Branch Manoj Poddar, along with all former presidents and office bearers of various Bangalore branches.
More than 100 members of the Manch family presented special cultural performances, and the event witnessed the presence of nearly 700 attendees, including members and their families.
This year, the theme centered around “Nari Chetna” (Women Empowerment). The performances highlighted social evils prevalent in society such as female foeticide, child marriage, acid attacks, and the dowry system. These were followed by powerful portrayals of women embodying the fierce forms of Maa Parvati, Goddess Durga, and Goddess Kali, symbolizing strength and the eradication of such evils.
Continuing with the theme, a ramp show showcased how today’s women have progressed in every field and are making their mark across the world. The showstopper for the evening was National Award winner Megha Patangi (a divyang and sister of member Vikas Patangi), who has been honored by the Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu. She was specially felicitated by the branch with a distinguished honor.
In his address, National President Suresh M. Jain praised the Deepawali Sneh Milan program as outstanding and appreciated the efforts of the executive members. He also urged all young members to ensure active participation in the National Mini Convention scheduled to be held in Bangalore in January 2026 and expressed expectations for its successful organization under the hospitality of all Bangalore branches.
Program Conveners Manish Agarwal and Akash Agarwal shared that the event was made memorable through the collective efforts of the executive members, along with the significant contribution of the women power of the Manch family — Neeta Agarwal, Pallavi Agarwal, Sonam Jain, Khushboo Jain, Preeti Agarwal, Dr. Ritu Modi, Jyoti Sunderka, and Monica Dokania.
