The objective of the “Meet and Greet” program was to establish mutual interaction and a sense of belonging among Manch members who, despite living in the same area, had not yet connected with one another personally. This initiative was undertaken to create a comfortable and friendly environment where members could bond not only as part of the organization but also as friends.

Through this program, members were given the opportunity to get to know each other, exchange ideas, and develop mutual trust and understanding. The spirit of togetherness and collective participation fostered a sense of belonging and cooperation among all participants.

As part of this series initiated in December, the branch successfully conducted a total of three programs in the North Bangalore region:

  • In the first program, member Vikas Patangi hosted and welcomed around 15 members.

  • In the second program, senior member Hemant Dharnidharka hosted approximately 12 members.

  • In the third program, senior member Manish Gangawat hosted around 20 members.

Such initiatives prove to be highly beneficial for future network building, strengthening interpersonal relationships, and enabling members to connect with a larger section of the branch. Activities like “Meet and Greet” ensure that every branch member feels heard, connected, and valued.
